According to the government's latest index, the number of skilled vacancy in Australia fell by 0.1 per cent in May from the previous month.
The calculated skilled vacancy advertisements in metropolitan newspaper across the country recorded a slight dip to 95.7 per cent -2,5 percent less than in May 2007.
In terms of individual states and territories, Western Australia saw the biggest increase in skilled jobs vacancies at 1.4 per cent, while New South Wales recorded largest drop at 2.7 percent. source: vedior
